Time: 11:30am this coming Saturday, May 6th. The food is great and inexpensive. (323) 669-7640 of the restaurant. There are no reservations. I will get there early to save a table or two. Hi to those in the LA area,
Just a reminder to please join us this Saturday at 11:30 for a celebration lunch and meet the poster teacher, Crystal Mendez, that was featured in the LA Times. So far, about 8 people said they would which includes a CalSTRS board member. With permission, of course, we take pictures with the possibility of posting here on the website so you can take a look at this group of LA Teachers.
And what a fantastic group of individuals who gave their time over the years helping our colleagues understand the 403b. Imagine that, this unheard plan that hardly anybody else cares about could recieve so much attention. That's the power of ideas.
Directions are in my first post.
Later,
Steve
